Arthur E. Davey & Sons Funeral Directors was established over 60 years ago. The Nailsea based, family funeral firm has a reputation for providing exceptional service, compassion and meticulous attention to detail to each family helped.

Today, Arthur E. Davey & Sons Funeral Directors is managed by Tony Davey, a fully-qualified Funeral Director and individual member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors. Tony’s daughter, Nicola is the third generation of the Davey family to enter the business. Having progressed through the ranks from cleaner to tea-girl and now a fully-fledged funeral director, Nicola obtained her diploma in funeral arranging and administration in 2015. Tony and Nicola are supported by a team of professional staff and together, they strive to deliver the very highest standards of funeral care.

Choosing your funeral plan – important information

You can buy a plan for you or for someone else. The funeral plans offered below are designed to cover the funeral director's own costs. As long as they carry out the funeral and the requirements don't change, neither you nor your family will be asked to pay more for these costs, regardless of when the plan is needed or what happens to costs in the meantime. The plans below also include a contribution towards third party costs, which are based on today's cost of a funeral. These costs, however, are not guaranteed.
